I'd like to share several proven strategies that have enhanced productivity and reduced stress during busy periods:
For a quick reset: Take 5 deep breaths, counting to 4 as you breathe in, hold for 4, then out for 4. When you breath out for a full 4 count or even longer, it activates the body's parasympathetic nerve, which promotes relaxation.
When you find yourself losing focus, write down three positive things that can help you move forward. Think of what you can set aside.- it's surprising how letting go of something can make everything else feel clearer.
Take small breaks - whether it's a quick walk to refill your water bottle or just standing up to stretch between back to back Teams meetings. These little pauses make a big difference.
