I'm sharing The Big Three (3) essential strategies that will consistently deliver results during high-pressure periods.
First up - get ruthless about priorities. Pick your top 3 must-dos before the break and give yourself permission to put everything else on pause. Yes, really.
Next, delegate, delegate, delegate! Hand off tasks with clear instructions, then step back. Do not micromanage—it’s a gift to both you and your team.
Finally - and this is crucial - Communicate your availability so you don’t feel like you have to be “on” 24/7. No one benefits from a burned-out leader trying to be everywhere at once.
